Sirius
D-OIKF
The "brilliant Sirius", the smaller one of these two stars, is the brightest one in the night sky. Her surround is a circle of reddish rays, and her mystery is portrayed as a spot spreading but remaining at all time the same.
Sirius, also known as the dog star, stands for a spirit and wisdom and is also known as the guardian star. The description of this sparkling star befits our balloons, a little smaller then Antares, nevertheless glowing proud at Hamburg's sky.
Antares and Sirius are fascinating stars and ballooning is a fascination in itself.
